  • Collaborate with the management team to understand the recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identify, attract, and engage with top IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to optimize the talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand team requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection.


  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and familiarity with various technologies, programming languages, and frameworks (.NET C#, TypeScript react/angular, PostgreSQL, Azure Cloud, Drupal CMS, Sanity CMS etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract top IT talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Advanced English skills
