Throughout the design process, we focus on users and their needs. In an iterative process, the needs and requirements of future users are researched and recorded using various techniques (surveys, interviews, ..) in order to design the digital solution as user-friendly and accessible as possible.

A value proposition - a promise of value - describes what benefit the user gains from a product, service or experience. In order to design a compelling value proposition, one must know the needs to be satisfied and understand the existing problems of the future user. Unexpected benefits can also be uncovered through this process.
