Redesign and Migration of the Corporate Website
Sanitas Troesch, Switzerland’s leading provider of bathroom and kitchen solutions, is present in every region of the country and offers products and services to suit every budget, style, and need. With the launch of its redesigned website, Sanitas Troesch now presents itself in a modern, inspiring, and user-centric way. The revamped platform helps visitors quickly find their way around and provides expert knowledge for those planning new builds or renovations of bathrooms and kitchens. Migrating to a new web platform also brought significant improvements in performance, security, scalability, and extensibility. Sitewerk supported Sanitas Troesch as a digital partner throughout the concept, implementation, and relaunch phases.

Initial Situation
The parent company, Saint-Gobain, mandated the consolidation of two existing websites into a single platform with a unified technological foundation. This move aimed to enhance IT security and align with the group-wide infrastructure. At the same time, it was seen as an opportunity to completely rethink the design, information architecture, and navigation. The goal was to create a modern and future-ready website that could serve as a strong foundation for marketing efforts and offer users an optimized digital experience. The main priority: making relevant information faster and easier to find. The motivated Sitewerk team was eager to take on the challenge.
Project Execution
The first version of the new website went live successfully in Q1 2022, with plans for continuous expansion and development.

Agile Approach Based on Scrum
To meet the ambitious seven-month timeline, an interdisciplinary and international team worked together in an agile setup. Full-stack developers, UX/UI designers, and SEO specialists collaborated closely with Sanitas Troesch’s internal IT and business departments. Technical and non-functional requirements—such as system integration, performance, and data privacy—were defined early on in close coordination with all stakeholders.
The development was carried out by a nearshoring team in Minsk, managed by a Swiss-based team handling project management, requirements engineering, and design. The minimum viable product (MVP) was delivered and launched after 11 sprints.
